Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, worn, or washed
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when contacting us for a refund
